Benefits
of AGCA Membership
For over 80 years, contractors have
turned to AGC of America to help improve their bottom line. If you’re looking for
information and products to help improve your productivity, protect you
from legal battles, and keep you current, AGCA can help.
Legislative Representation:
AGCA is well known and respected by all branches of the federal
government including the White House, Federal agencies and Congress. By
professionally and effectively representing the unique interests and
concerns of all construction contractors, AGCA works to ensure that
government understands the needs of the construction industry. Because
of the strength and unity of its members, AGC of America is the voice of
the construction industry, particularly on Capitol Hill. In fact, AGCA
was ranked in the Top 50 of all interest groups who lobby Congress by Fortune
magazine.
AGCA Committees:
AGCA has over 30 different committees on subjects ranging from Electronic
Information to Equal Business Access, Safety & Health to Surety Bonding. All employees of AGC member firms are eligible
to serve on committees, and are urged to do so. Even if you are not able
to attend all committee meetings, the information you will gain will be
valuable to you and your firm. For brief descriptions of the AGCA
Committees, click here. For a
